| The problem with the handrail leaning is the support at the bottom. In the picture below on the left you can see these two lag bolts are not giving much support to the handrailing. This is a poor design of a stair handrail system. In the picture below to the left someone tried to fix the problem with a small L bracket not realizing the problem is not at the bottom of the support.
